Tower Climbers

Our Tower Climber positions do not require experience—we offer on-the-job training to qualified candidates. Qualified candidates should possess a willingness to learn and the drive to succeed. They must also be able to pass a new hire drug test, have a clean driving record, and pass a pre-employment physical. Tower Climbers are responsible for performing general repair and maintenance on communications towers, rooftops, and other structures. This position involves daily travel and the incumbent must be able to climb to heights up to of 500 feet.
