Safety is in our DNA
At STG Communications, safety isn’t just a requirement—it’s a core value that guides every decision we make. We are committed to creating a work environment where every person on our jobsites can perform their work with confidence and return home safely to their families at the end of each day.
To support this commitment, our full-time safety director conducts routine jobsite visits, oversees comprehensive training programs, and ensures that all team members remain up to date with OSHA regulations and other vital safety standards.
Through proactive planning, continuous education, safety incentives, and a strong culture of accountability, we work tirelessly to maintain the highest level of safety across every project we complete.
